Pumpkins are another one of my favorite orange things that indicate fall is here. Full of vitamins and flavor, here are five great ways to use that incredible veg in ways that celebrate what’s good about it. Pumpkin – it’s not just for pie anymore!

    1. I just found my exception to that statement, Noreen – I tried the much-touted pumpkin latte at Panera yesterday. The spice was too sharp for me – actually couldn’t drink it. Maybe God’s way of saying: “That’s not what I had in mind when I filled the pumpkin with stuff that made it good for you!”

  1. Am definitely going to try those biscuits! And ever since I read about chia seeds in your blog and told my husband about them, he is hooked on them. Even has a buddy who notifies him when they go on sale at Sprouts. 🙂

  2. Thanks for the great recipes…especially the spiced pumpkin biscuits!
    My friend is a massage therapist, and she also volunteers at nursing homes. This time of year she combines oils to create a wonderful pumpkin scent and includes it with her massage oils. It’s a delight to visit the patients and see them happily waving their hands and wiggling their toes after after a “Pumpkin Pie Fingers and Toes” massage!

  3. Love what Marilyn Warner’s friend does. Sweet! I’m going to try the pumpkin chia pudding this weekend. I’ve been playing with different chia pudding recipes – healthy yums! GIVE ME THE PUMPKIN! 😉
